Elevate customer engagement and digital excellence as the Email Marketing & Web Content Manager. In this role, you’ll design data-driven email campaigns, create compelling web content, and optimize our online presence to deliver measurable results. Key Responsibilities:

  • Email Campaign Management: Plan and execute email campaigns with segmented targeting and compelling CTAs to drive engagement and conversion. Design, test and optimize email templates for various audiences.
  • Web Content Creation and Optimization: Create dynamic, engaging, and SEO-friendly website content.
  • Performance Tracking: Use data to refine email performance and content strategies and provide actionable insights.
  • A/B Testing: Experiment with subject lines, designs, and messaging to maximize ROI.
  • Compliance Management: Ensure adherence to GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and related regulations.
  • Collaborative Content Creation: Work with design and content teams to maintain a cohesive brand presence and coordinate with stakeholders to plan content calendars and campaigns.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in email marketing and web content management.
  • Experience in SaaS and/or technology is preferred
  • Excellent writing, editing skills and proof-reading skills for digital channels, data-driven mindset with experience in performance analysis tools and SEO principles
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (Pardot), CRM systems (Salesforce), and data analytics platforms.
  • Experience in A/B testing and conversion rate optimization is preferred
  • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS for email for customization is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with the ability to meet deadlines.
