As an Email Marketing Manager, you’ll drive AoPS's growth by crafting powerful, data-driven campaigns that captivate and convert. You'll lead our email strategy from concept to execution, leveraging advanced segmentation, automation, and A/B testing to transform customer engagement while making a measurable impact in reaching more students.
The Email Marketing Manager will:
- Drive email strategy and execution, maximizing funnel performance through testing and optimization
- Deploy targeted campaigns using segmentation, automation, lead nurturing and dynamic content to acquire and retain customers
- Track key email metrics, optimize performance, and regularly deliver stakeholder reports
- Collaborate cross-functionally to maintain consistent brand messaging and marketing goals
- Monitor industry trends and implement new strategies and tech to improve performance
- Maintain email list health and compliance with regulations
- Support content creation in alignment with brand messaging for non email channels as needed
- Mentor a direct report in email marketing and content optimization
The ideal candidate has:
- 3-5 years email marketing experience with ActiveCampaign, Salesforce, segmentation, A/B testing, and platform integrations
- Experience with AI tools and marketing automation
- Knowledge of email deliverability best practices and compliance standards
- Strong data analysis skills and ability to optimize based on metrics
- Proficiency in CRM, CMS, analytics tools, and SEO/SEM
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
