Role Description:
Hiscox is looking for an experienced CRM marketer to help us lead our customer lifecycle program for our B2C customers. This role is both strategic and technical – from helping to drive the strategic roadmap for customer growth to execution of email programs within our marketing automation tool.
In this role, you’ll guide email campaign creation from start to finish. You’ll consult with stakeholders to assess the goals, target audience and success metrics of a campaign; program touch points in Eloqua, our marketing automation platform, collaborate with copywriters and designers to produce high-quality emails; and, after launch, analyze results to help us determine campaign efficacy as well as potential optimizations and tests.
The Ideal Candidate Will Be:

An email marketer with proven, hands-on experience in building and managing lifecycle email campaigns to drive LTV, including retention, cross-sell and loyalty.

A champion for our consumers who can drive clear and effective communication of our value propositions

An analytical marketer who enjoys data and can use it to help us ideate, spot trends, and draw clear narratives from complex data sets

A team player who can work collaboratively in a matrix organization
What You’ll Do:

Develop and manage the customer lifecycle for our B2C customers including introduction of new touchpoints and optimization of existing touchpoints that deliver both a superior customer experience as well as achieve our business objectives

Manage and execute a robust test plan - including their cadence, target audience and messaging – to maximize email and business performance metrics

Build segments, emails, forms and canvases in Eloqua to support the creation of email marketing campaigns that support acquisition (prospects) and retention (customers)

Work with data – planning tests, spotting trends, reporting on campaign performance to stakeholders, and recommending future tests and optimizations

Ensure all of our emails meet quality and compliance standards with diligent QA
Qualifications:
-
5+ years’ experience with a Marketing Automation Platform (MAP) or Email Service Provider (ESP), e.g., Eloqua, HubSpot, etc. – We use Eloqua but are happy to train you if you’re experienced in another platform

Experience with helping to strategize campaigns based on email marketing best practice, research, etc.

Ability to ideate tests, pull results, spot trends and recommend next steps to help us keep improving

Strong time management skills

HTML/CSS experience preferred

Salary Range: $90,000-$110,000
This position is hybrid and requires 2 days in office per week based either out of our Atlanta, GA (Sandy Springs/Dunwoody area) or Manhattan, NYC locations.
