As an Email Campaign Associate on the Performance Marketing team, you'll focus on helping teams worldwide, from startups to enterprises, while using Atlassian tools.

What you'll do
The Performance Messaging team sends out hundreds of emails per month to millions of contacts to create awareness, adoption, and revenue opportunities for Atlassian products. As an Email Campaign Associate, you will support the Performance Messaging team with daily email operations responsibilities, serve as a main liaison to our marketing partners, and support large-scale campaigns.
Your background

• Be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program (marketing, business, or related field) and graduating by June 2025
• Have basic project management skills
• Skillset to problem solve by writing and communicating well
• Passionate about Digital Marketing

Compensation
At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable and explainable compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience.
In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $74,000 - $98,600
Zone B: $66,600 - $88,800
Zone C: $61,400 - $81,900
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
