• Work as an individual contributor from Global ELS (Enterprise Lean Sigma) function based in Queretaro.
• Key contributor for the development of the Global ADS ELS Strategy (with lean six sigma as our operational excellence methodology) in alignment with the company's overall business objectives.
• Lead and oversee Mexico ELS strategy
• Identify and drive continuous improvement within ADS sites and business functions enhancing operational efficiencies, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and performance across all business processes.
• Fosters a culture of operational excellence through Lean Six Sigma principles, methodologies and tools.
• Leads cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize and remove organizational barriers for continuous improvement process.
• Process Standardization
• Drive site’s flow process improvement
• Drive sharing of best practices
• Conduct through analyses of current processes to identify areas of improvement and track their progress (e.g. use of Value Stream Mapping)
• Accountable for sustainable results, regularly review and analyze performance data to identify trends and areas of further improvement.
• Manages budget for operational excellence projects and initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with external vendors and consultants as needed.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

Develop in-depth understanding of Lean Six Sigma philosophy methods and tools (OEE, PDCA, DMAIC, Continuous Flow, 5s, Gemba, Hoshin Kanri, TPM, Kaizen, Kanban, Just in time, Kanban, SMED, VSM, etc.) as demonstrated by successful training and certification in these areas.

Application of Lean Six Sigma methods and tools to optimize processes
-
Knowledge in ergonomics for workstations by understanding the Manufacturing/Supply Chain/Finance process in the floor as well as under the MES/ERP etc. system.

Train, educate, and mentor others in the organization on Lean Six Sigma principles, methods and tools.
-
Track, record and analyze the productivity performance from the sites, the value stream improvement and state on the global level.

Building the Lean Six Sigma (Operational Excellence) culture in the site as well as Global Avery Dennison Smartrac.

Lead Global failure(or potential failure) analysis of processes, drive efforts on applying best practices across the sites.

Analyze and identify projects that can eliminate non-value added activities and can create value to our customers
-
Drive to change the old business ways and to bring breakthrough improvements(Kaizen and Six Sigma projects).

Motivate others to accept process changes and take ownership.

TPM Standardization across the sites.
-
Design the materials process for a new line, new production process, new plant.

Use the Value Stream Map to establish the baseline process and measure progress, track and record the value stream improvement and state on the global level.

Support Industry 4.0 and other digitization projects.
-
Successfully initiate, lead and implement projects assigned.
Requisitos
-
Bachelor's degree or above;
-
Black Belt or master Black belt certified; Lean and Six Sigma methods and tools including TPM training, additional certification in project management is a plus.

5 years Lean Six Sigma experience in manufacturing;
-
Proven track record of leading successful operational excellence initiatives.

Proven communication and coordination skills – able to influence and motivate others;

Solid understanding of business issues,metrics and customer values;

High passion for excellence, and strong execution for action;

Effective oral and written communication skills; ability to effectively present complex topics in a concise manner;

Effective interpersonal skills of dealing with people at various levels and at various functions;

Demonstrated ability to effectively drive change;

Strong analysis capability and strong statistical background;

Finance knowledge of manufacturing cost structure;

Basic Auto-CAD knowledge;

Minitab proficiency;

Effective English written skills and oral English.
