BGSV - Bosch Global Software Technologies Vietnam Company Limited is 100% owned subsidiary of Robert Bosch GmbH. BGSV has started its operations from 19th October, 2010 at e-Town2 in HCMC. This engineering development center will be engaged in developing embedded systems and software, mechanical design and simulation, and will provide IT (SAP Consulting, JAVA Development….) and Business Services (Finance and accounting, Economics, Purchasing, Logistics, Translations Japanese-English-Japanese, Information Security ) solutions to the Bosch group of companies globally.

To achieve that there are several quality tools and processes adapted for different roles and development areas. Furthermore, we focus on coaching the engineering departments regarding the latest and future quality standards, definition of processes and workflows in the organization and providing sufficient and conclusive quality metrics. Another important aspect is the execution of assessments and audits.

Job Description

As a part Bosch group, our responsibility is to develop the Software for Engine Control Unit which is supplying for the world-wide OEM (Europe, Japan, Korea, ...).

We are looking for a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager who, along with our excellent software development team, will be responsible for analyzing requirements from customer and manage development of same with support from development team. You will be the interface to customers and responsible for managing the project schedule and deliverables within defined Quality - Cost - Delivery.

• Create and lead the project core team and assign responsibility for the different functional areas.
• Lead the efforts and activities to resolve issues of the project.
• Develop program timelines and activity reports to drive the on-time completion of critical tasks.
• Responsible for organizing, leading and tracking activities for the development, implementation, and maintenance of engineering changes utilizing the Bosch change process to ensure customer milestones are met. Hold the team accountable to achieve project deliverables.
• Coordinates and reports status of internal project deliverables using Bosch tools.
• Review specifications, drawings, requirements, etc. to develop and prepare impact analysis against initial project premises & coordinate change points with applicable stakeholders.
• Manage / communicate internally customer program data for forecast / planning activities.
• Escalates issues for resolution as required.

Qualifications

Mandatory Skills:

• 8 - 10 years of experience in embedded SW development using C/C++
• At least 5 years of experience in Project Management
• Knowledge of micro-controller and microprocessors
• Understand SW Development lifecycle
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor of Engineering (Computer Science/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechatronics/ Telecommunication)

Desirable Skills:

• Experience on ASPICE, AUTOSAR, ISO26262, ...
• Experience on Product/SW Development following V-Model/Water-fall, ...
• Experience on CAN, LIN, Flex-ray,
• Good to have ECUPjM/SPjM experience (not mandatory)
