Job Summary
Work with EHS Manager to support operations by developing and implementing strategies that enhance existing EHS programs and ensure company EHS compliance with standards and meet relevant regulatory requirements, both local and global. Maintain and enhance EHS awareness for employees, contractors, and visitors working within the company environment.
How You Will Contribute
- Work with EHS manager in order to support company compliance with EHS standards and related government regulations by promoting and actively participate in EHS programs implementation for all respective operation area.
- Facilitate the Process Safety Management implementation program, actively participate development PSM in site, and Develop Process Hazard Analysis (process safety review) for all operations aspects.
- Conduct risk assessment related EHS aspects in operation activities, include environmental sustainability aspects.
- Carry out K3L monitoring programs that run according to regulations, ie. IH monitoring, environmental parameters (air, water, pollution, etc.), biological, physical, chemical, ergonomic, psychological factors in the workplace in a timely manner.
- Execution training program regarding EHS to ensure compliance with all company & government requirement.
- Facilitate continuous improvement projects related to EHS aspects, work with operations teams to ensure EHS improvement projects are tracked and running smoothly.
- Carry out internal and external EHS audit (1st, 2nd, 3rd party audit) and maintaining the implementation as ISO standards, PROPER (blue rating), SMK3 certification as minimum requirement.
- Monitoring and follow up Observation program related EHS aspects in daily basis, ensure corrective preventive action executed properly.
- Facilitate the Process Safety Management implementation program, actively participate development PSM in site.
- Monitoring and evaluate Contractor Safety Management system, regularly.
- Maintain, review, and update the emergency & crisis management system.
- Promoting EHS awareness program to all related employees, either through refreshment training, stop for safety programs, etc., or safety campaign by email.
- Collaboration with Green Team Leader, Engineering, and area owners for sustainability (enviro) plan, and execution monitoring
Requirement
- Bachelor Degree in OHS/ Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Chemical)
- Experienced in ISO14001, 45001 SMK3 Internal Auditor
- Effective communication skills in English Language, both verbal and written.
- Good knowledge on enviro permit, and government regulation related EHS aspects.
- Strong knowledge on EHS management system.
