Job Description
This role co-ordinates administration duties at the site level for EHS and Risk and to assist the site for other operational EHS and Risk initiatives. This includes possessing the functional management and technical skills to mitigate business risks associated with EHS.
About the role:

  • Ensure compliance with Safety Playbook and Safety Rules for Site
  • Conduction of Key element Surveys, Risk Assessments and implementation of actions from the above
  • Ensure site compliance in line with KHMS/Playbook requirements and reporting which will include m aintenance of notice board information, u pdate of site and NZ policy documents and monthly global reporting
  • Champion and maintain positive EHS culture/awareness
  • Facilitate regular departmental and site EHS meetings
  • Co-ordinate and conduct Internal and External Audits as required
  • Co-ordinate hazard register and TRA/LRA process


About you:

  • Tertiary qualifications in EHS or NZQA training
  • Previous experience and exposure to manufacturing environment desirable
  • Working knowledge of the EHS at work act in line with legislation
  • Organisational skills including the ability to work on a number of different projects/tasks at the same time
  • Computer literate particularly in relation to Microsoft Excel, Access Database, Outlook and Word
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Comfortable to deliver presentations and training to staff at all levels
