Your role at Baxter
Responsible for the development and implementation of environmental, safety & health programs for a medical device manufacturing facility. Provide professional, technical problem solving and administrative coordination of environmental, safety & health programs, policies, and regulations. Lead the development and implementation of projects related to environmental regulatory compliance and sustainability programs.

Our knowledge in regulatory compliance, risk assessment, safety training, incident investigation, and environmental management, enable to identify hazards, develop solutions, and promote a culture of safety that contributes to the overall success of the organization.
What you'll be doing:
Help to develop technical solutions to address EHS challenges. May provide technical insight to support EHS, applies technical knowledge to projects
Conducts or reviews research that helps to better manage EHSS risks, applies specialized knowledge to contribute to EHSS strategy development and deployment
Recommends different approaches to improve EHSS
Uses influence on advance EHSS compliance/programs
What you'll bring:
- B.S. Degree in Environmental, Safety, Engineering or related field required
- Intermediate English level.
- Minimum of 1 year of related experience
- Knowledge of EHSS regulations
Qualifications
- Ability to work both independently and on a team, ability to drive decisions and actions, Self-motivated, strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, good communication, written and oral skills
- Excellent organizational skills, problem solving skills and attention to detail
