Job Summary:
Skilled Wound Care, a leading national surgical physician group servicing nursing homes for wound care, ostomy care, and minor skin care, is looking for an office based Education Program Coordinator to join our amazing group! The Coordinator will be responsible for planning and facilitating successful educational events (online and in-person) for nurses. The person in this position will regularly communicate with the teachers, students, and any other parties involved to implement successful educational events. We are looking for someone who excels at:

The duties include, but are not limited to:
- Research alternative and affordable solutions for each course, whether online or in-person
- Coordinate with other departments to market each educational event
- Ensure courses are delivered effectively (online and in-person)
- Manage and distribute course syllabus and materials
- Administer ongoing quality assurance with feedback and data analysis
- Distribute CEUs and certificates
- Main point of contact for vendors, students, and course-related staff members
- Sends out correspondences with course details
- Register and check in attendees
- Manage course accreditation
- Proctor exams
Requirements/Qualifications:
- 1+ years of education course/program coordination experience preferred
- Phenomenal organizational skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Amazing phone etiquette and strong phone presence
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
- Advanced excel skills
- Monthly travel required
- Must be willing to work out of our Playa Vista office 5 days/week
- BA/BS degree

Pay:
- $23.00-27.00/hour based on experience/education.
