About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and versatile In-House Agency Editor to join our creative team. This position is critical for developing visually compelling case studies, video content, and animatics that tell the story of our campaigns in a powerful way. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in both video editing and motion graphics, with a keen eye for typography, color, and design to ensure that all content is visually striking and aligned with the brand's vision and creative direction.
What You’ll Do
- Create Animatics: Develop animatics that effectively pre-visualize ideas and concepts.
- Motion Graphics: Design and animate motion graphics that enhance storytelling, ensuring all design elements are polished and cohesive.
- Typography, Color, and Design: Pay close attention to typography, color schemes, and overall design aesthetics, ensuring a high-quality and visually cohesive final product.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with creative directors, designers, and copywriters to ensure a seamless integration of creative direction and strategic objectives in all videos.
- Post-Production: Finalize projects with basic color correction, sound design, and clean delivery, ensuring a polished but straightforward result.
- Edit Case Study Videos: Craft engaging and visually stunning case study videos that capture the impact and success of our campaigns.
- Organize Media Assets: Maintain a well-organized structure for all media files, ensuring an efficient workflow and easy accessibility for future projects.
- Feedback Implementation: Collaborate with the creative team to revise and refine video content based on feedback, enhancing quality and impact
What You’ll Need
- Proficiency in Video Editing Software: Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro/Final Cut Pro, or other industry-standard editing software.
- Expertise in Motion Graphics: Proficient in After Effects or similar motion graphics tools to create engaging animations.
- Strong Eye for Design: A solid understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout design, ensuring visually cohesive and engaging content.
- Storytelling Skills: Ability to structure content in a way that maximizes engagement and delivers the message effectively.
- Attention to Detail: High level of precision in editing and visual composition.
- Experience with Animatics: Prior experience in creating animatics to support creative pre-production is highly valued.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating experience in video editing and motion graphics, particularly in case studies or advertising campaigns.
- Meet Deadlines: Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. Pay Range
$75,000—$180,000 USD
