Join the amazing world of Mars, home of the world’s best-loved brands including, EXTRA®, M&M’s®, MILKY WAY®, SNICKERS®, PEDIGREE®, ROYAL CANIN®, SKITTLES®, and WHISKAS® in this newly created role of eDiscovery Services Senior Analyst based in our ANZ head office in Melbourne (in a hybrid working model).
We are currently looking for a qualified professional who has eDiscovery/litigation support experience gained in a large enterprise or organisation. The role will assist our global litigation and internal investigation operations by using eDiscovery software and industry best practices to provide ESI (Electronically Stored Information) acquisition and review project management services.
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Oversee end-to-end eDiscovery project delivery: coordinate project intake, participate in kick-off calls, initiate work by creating workplans associated with data processing, review hosting, and production, and lead communication with internal and external project stakeholders
- Perform litigation eDiscovery tasks including data collection, processing, review hosting support, analytics, and production
- Perform quality assurance tasks to ensure accuracy and completeness of job instructions and of final work product
- Provide training/support on eDiscovery support applications and databases, particularly Microsoft Purview eDiscovery (Premium) and RelativityOne, in group or individual settings.
- Help administer, create, maintain, support, and resolve issues related to eDiscovery applications and database issues, including solving end user problems if appropriate.
- Response outside of standard work hours may be required to support global operation across time zones
What are we looking for?
- Approximately 3 (three) years of eDiscovery/litigation support experience with a focus on workflow and project management
- Approximately 2 (two) years of experience in Relativity including collect, processing, review, production, and end-to-end workflow management
- Excellent time management and project management skills to manage multiple concurrent projects including prioritizing or shifting tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to accurately scope out the length and difficulty of tasks and projects, set objectives and goals, break down work into the process steps, and anticipate and adjust course of action for problems
- Strong customer focus with an ability to gain customers’ trust and respect,and maintain effective relationships with senior stakeholders in Legal and Compliance.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Purview eDiscovery (Standard) and Microsoft Purview eDiscovery (Premium) highly preferred
- Knowledge of computer/mobile forensics and experience with applications such as Encase, FTK, and Cellebrite preferred
- Written and spoken Mandarin skills a bonus due to the global remit of the role (but certainly not essential)
