Are you a sales whiz?
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Ediscovery Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling complex software solutions or services to mid-sized and small companies in the United States.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and Qualify: Identify and qualify potential clients, building a robust pipeline of opportunities.
- Understand Client Needs: Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client pain points and requirements related to eDiscovery.
- Present and Demonstrate Solutions: Effectively communicate the value proposition of our eDiscovery solutions through compelling presentations and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate and Close Deals: Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Build and Maintain Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with sales engineering, product management, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Keep abreast of the latest trends and developments in the eDiscovery industry.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the legal or technology industry.
- Strong understanding of the eDiscovery process and challenges faced by mid-sized and small companies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficiency in CRM and sales enablement tools.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience selling eDiscovery software or services to mid-sized and small companies.
- Knowledge of legal hold procedures and data privacy regulations.
- Certifications in eDiscovery or sales.
- Solid book of business
