What You'll Do:
- Meeting with clients to determine requirements and define the scope of a project;
- Presenting prototypes to the client and gathering/processing client feedback;
- Developing and analyzing functional specifications;
- Designing business workflows in close cooperation with the client;
- Assisting and facilitating the development teams in implementing the requirements;
- Troubleshooting, incident, and problem analysis, software testing;
- Writing reports and preparing documentation as well as analyzing and compiling information;
- Installing IT systems;
- Preparing Test Cases;
- Trainings and sales support.
- University Degree in the field of Informatics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, Mechanical Engineering, Mathematics or Physics, Business Administration;
- Minimum 7 years of experience in software design and development, preferably in the following technologies: Java, SQL, Java Enterprise Edition or Spring Boot (experience in NoSQL, GIT, Maven, Docker, JIRA, Confluence, and Scrum development shall be considered an asset);
- Minimum 3 years of work experience with Customs IT systems in EU member countries, EU candidate countries, or member countries of the Convention on Common Transit Procedure;
- Ability to prioritize tasks and time-management skills, ability to work across various projects;
- Excellent business analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Client-focused;
- Knowledge of written and spoken Macedonian and English.
