Ecosystem Success Manager

At Movement Labs, we are leading the way in blockchain technology with an open modular framework for building and deploying Move-based infrastructure, applications, and blockchains in any distributed environment. Our ecosystem thrives on collaboration, and we’re seeking an Ecosystem Success Manager to drive partnerships, foster synergies, and scale the reach of the Movement network.

As an Ecosystem Success Manager, you will play a key role in strengthening relationships within our ecosystem, driving strategic initiatives that enhance cooperation among our partners, developers, and projects. Your focus will be on identifying and facilitating high-value partnerships, launching programs to accelerate ecosystem growth, and ensuring cross-functional alignment among internal teams.

You Will

• Develop and execute ecosystem growth strategies to drive collaboration and engagement across our network

• Identify and cultivate partnership opportunities with developers, projects, and enterprises that align with Movement Labs’ mission

• Act as the bridge between internal teams and external partners, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment on strategic goals

• Create and manage initiatives that foster ecosystem integration, including incubators, grants, incentive programs, and co-marketing opportunities

• Analyze ecosystem performance, defining and tracking key metrics that measure engagement, adoption, and overall ecosystem health.

• Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Engineering to amplify ecosystem efforts and ensure partner needs are met

• Represent Movement Labs at industry events, conferences, and ecosystem meetups, strengthening our presence in the Web3 community

You Have

• 3+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or ecosystem management within the blockchain, crypto, or Web3 space

• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to engage and grow partnerships

• Deep understanding of blockchain technology, decentralized ecosystems, and Web3 market dynamics

• Proven track record of driving collaborative initiatives and scaling ecosystem-driven growth strategies

• Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment

• Experience in managing ecosystem programs such as grant initiatives, accelerator partnerships, and strategic collaborations is a plus
