We are looking for a passionate and driven individual to join our Startup for Startup initiative as an Ecosystem Manager.

The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, the ability to dive into execution aspects quickly, and balance a high level view with attention to minor details. As an Ecosystem Initiatives Manager, you will lead and innovate within Startup for Startup, shaping and driving the direction of the way we support startup founders and employees.

About The Role:
- Initiate, plan, execute and scale new programs for entrepreneurs and startup employees, according to the initiative’s strategy.
- Build and lead Startup for Startup’s strategy, based on emerging needs, opportunities and feedback from the ecosystem, and translate it into an operational plan
- Synchronize with all team members, projects, and relevant stakeholders to ensure the direction is clear and aligned with the overall strategy
- Create meaningful connections with thought leaders, startup founders and influencing companies and VCs to lead new initiatives together.
- Be the "Go To" resource for ensuring the initiative’s opportunities are sourced, developed and closed.
- Cultivate existing relationships and create new ones with the startup ecosystem.
- Plan and execute events, projects, and other initiatives to support the startup community.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in business or ecosystem roles (startup founders, accelerator managers, VC roles etc.)
- Entrepreneurial experience - big advantage!
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- High execution skills - ability to take an idea and make it happen
- Excellent writing skills in Hebrew and English and attention to details
- Strives for impact and results, ability to work with KPIs and measure your actions
- Outstanding organization skills; ability to effectively manage and prioritise multiple requirements and projects
- Understanding of startup dynamics and terminology - must
