Title: Digital Sales Rep Manager - eCommerce Sales

Trimble’s AECO division is seeking a results-driven Digital Sales Representative (DSR) Manager to lead and grow our eCommerce DSR sales team. This position is pivotal in scaling our global AEC business by driving new customer acquisition and retention efforts by effectively managing a high-performing team of digital sales reps. The ideal candidate will be an innovative and strategic leader, passionate about exceeding eCommerce sales targets in a fast-paced, global environment.
What you will do:

Develop and execute a comprehensive digital sales and go-to-market strategy to accelerate eCommerce business growth globally.

Lead and inspire a team of digital sales representatives to drive new customer acquisition and improve existing customer retention.

Build and maintain a cohesive, motivated, and customer-focused team culture.

Oversee new and renewal sales processes, including planning, forecasting, and execution to meet revenue goals. Continuously improve and optimize the workflows and processes to enhance team productivity and operational efficiency.

Help lead the DX transformation and drive the strategy and testing for our next-generation platforms.

Partner with Salesforce administrators to optimize reporting and streamline sales representative workflows.

Monitor and manage key sales and performance metrics to ensure financial goals are met or exceeded.

Prepare and deliver global and regional sales forecasts.

Lead the recruitment process to attract, hire, and retain top talent, ensuring timely and high-quality staffing.

Provide coaching, performance management, and career development opportunities to team members.

Assess and improve the effectiveness of marketing and awareness strategies to support growth.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate, optimize, and expand online campaigns and promotions to achieve financial performance goals.

Work closely with Sales Go-to-Market Managers and stakeholders across Product, Marketing, Customer Support, and Customer Success teams to align strategies and execution.

Help develop and implement an eCommerce growth roadmap, identifying and leveraging key drivers for global eCommerce success.
What Skills You Should Bring:

5+ years of experience in digital and eCommerce sales, with low-touch/no-touch sales experience.

Strong background in low touch/no touch selling with significant experience in Salesforce CRM.

5 or more years of experience with proven success driving to a revenue plan number.

Experience managing sales teams in a global or multi-regional capacity.

Experience with 3 or more years managing people.

Results-oriented and goal-focused with a customer service-oriented personality.
Salary+Variable=120k +/- OTE
