We have an exciting opportunity for an eCommerce Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join our marketing team for our eCommerce retail business. You will develop and execute our marketing strategies for customer retention and conversion. This role will have a direct impact on our revenue and influence a large user base.
The ideal candidate will have solid experience in customer retention and conversion in the eCommerce industry within the UK market. The work location is London.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the marketing operation of the UK independent mobile app and web app to improve user engagement, upsells, retention, and re-engagement.
- Manage end-to-end processes for integrated campaigns across coupons, push notifications, in-app messages, and in-product content—including identifying campaign opportunities, developing strategy and messaging, overseeing asset creation, reporting, and optimizing ongoing campaigns.
- Identify lifecycle areas of opportunity and implement programs to increase conversions and optimize retention.
- Plan various themed activities based on user insights and habits, in conjunction with UK holidays and trends, to boost sales.
- Analyze the browsing behavior of UK users to understand their product preferences.
- Implement scalable retention marketing programs using A/B and multivariate testing strategies and quickly apply insights.
- Collaborate with product managers to optimize page layouts and increase user return rates.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- 5+ years of work experience in CRM/Lifecycle Marketing, retention marketing, or a digital marketing/analytics function that utilizes email marketing, mobile marketing, or other owned channels.
- Recent experience in platform operations or integrated marketing within the eCommerce industry in the UK market.
- Professional experience and a strong grasp of software application operations.
- Analytical thinking and data analysis skills to drive daily operational tasks.
- Good communication skills to collaborate with different stakeholders, including technical and business teams in various countries and time zones.
- Creativity and idea generation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in the Mandarin language.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative discipline (Math, Economics, Statistics), Marketing, Business, or a related technical field.
