Job Description:
This position is focused on supporting the brand managers (Senior Ecommerce Manager) with driving growth for their brands on marketplaces in Australia.
The eCommerce Assistant will be assigned up to 5 brands and will collaborate with other departments to ensure Pattern delivers growth for the brands under management.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Assists brand managers to drive brand performance on marketplaces
• Handles requests from our business partners and brand managers
• Represents Pattern in the most professional way possible
• Keeps product listings healthy and functional
• Gathers and organizes new product information and creates listings
• Inventory management, velocity planning & forecasting
• Account health management
• Seller Central support ticket management and escalation
• Pays attention to the details that set our product listings apart from competitors
Skills Required:
• Speak English fluently -- this is absolutely mandatory for this position
• 1+ years experience with Amazon
• Have strong computer skills
• Have a good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
• Pay close attention to detail
• Be organized, honest, and good at managing your own time
• Be available during AU business hours
• Familiar with Amazon Seller Central and Business Reports
• Participate in brand meetings (Camera on)
Preferred:
• Strong writing and editing skills
• Presentation skills
• Previous experience working in a high-performing business environment
