How you will contribute
As an Early Careers Specialist you will play a pivotal role in identifying & attracting emerging talents in DACH and Central Eastern Europe. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to engage early career professionals, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience, and supporting their ongoing development within the organization.
You will be reporting into the Early Careers Lead for the respective Area.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their early career talent needs.
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent from universities, colleges, and other relevant sources.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' suitability for early career opportunities.
- Support workshop facilitation & career fairs
- Support Talent Acquisition with local language needs as required
Requirements:
- Fluent German and English, Polish is nice to have
- University Degree (MA/BA), preferred HR / Psychology or similar,
- Experience in Talent Acquisition or Early Careers preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to operate in a constantly changing environment, to work through ambiguity
