The Campus Recruiting Team leads the strategy and execution of our year-round US intern program, campus recruiting events, and early career experience. We work with every team at Formlabs to source and hire high-potential early career talent, and partner cross-functionally with the entire People Team to facilitate a best-in-class intern program.
If you are a highly motivated, strategic thinker who is eager to work with early career professionals, we want you as an Early Career Recruiter.
The Job:
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for 50+ interns per year across technical and non-technical teams.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to define early career hiring needs and drive intern-to-hire outcomes.
- Plan and attend college career fairs and campus events to promote our talent brand and convert high-potential applicants.
- Manage intern program onboarding, professional development, and offboarding, in partnership with our People Operations team.
- Work primarily in our Somerville, MA office to support our fully in-person intern program and in-person recruiting events.
You:
- Have experience in recruiting, student development and/or people operations (including internship/co-op experience).
- Are a great communicator: you can easily establish relationships with candidates and stakeholders, are comfortable presenting in front of groups, and can clearly communicate your ideas in writing across various audiences.
- Can work independently to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple deadlines and projects efficiently with a strong attention to detail.
- Are willing to travel up to 25% during peak campus recruiting seasons (September-November, January-February) and can lift up to 50lbs to set up a Form 4 printer during campus recruiting events.
- Are a champion of diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace with ideas for recruiting and supporting early career candidates from diverse backgrounds.
- Are naturally curious and can quickly develop a baseline understanding of unfamiliar technology.

Building the 3D tools of the future is not an easy task. To reach this ambitious goal, we need to react fast, iterate, and make changes on the fly. Our teams observe a flexible hybrid, where we all aim to be in office 3 days/week when possible.
