Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled EAM/ERP Tester & Documentation Specialist with 1-3 years of hands-on experience in testing and documenting EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems. This role will involve testing IFS Cloud and other EAM/ERP systems, documenting business processes, configurations, and workflows, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation and maintenance of these systems. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of EAM/ERP systems and be comfortable with both technical testing and detailed documentation.

Responsibilities:

• EAM/ERP System Testing:

  • Perform comprehensive testing of EAM/ERP systems, including functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
  • Validate system configurations, customizations, and integration points to ensure smooth operation.
  • Create and execute test cases based on business requirements and system configurations.
  • Document and report defects found during testing, collaborating with technical teams for resolution.

• IFS Cloud Experience:

  • Leverage experience in testing and supporting IFS Cloud implementations, including various modules like Finance, Supply Chain, HR, and Asset Management.
  • Test and validate end-to-end workflows and processes, ensuring system stability and business process alignment.
  • Ensure proper system integration and data flow between IFS Cloud and other third-party applications.

• EAM/ERP Documentation:

  • Develop and maintain clear and concise documentation for EAM/ERP systems, including user manuals, process flows, system configurations, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Create role-specific documentation, including quick reference guides (QRGs) and training materials.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to document business requirements, process maps, and system configurations.
  • Prepare and update system integration, API documentation, and error handling guides.

• User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Support:

  • Provide support during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases, assisting business users in testing and validating system functionality.
  • Gather and document user feedback to ensure the system meets business needs before going live.

• Travel Requirements:

  • Travel up to 25% within Eastern and Central time zones for on-site testing, training, and implementation support.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in EAM/ERP testing, documentation, or similar roles.
• Hands-on experience with IFS Cloud or other EAM/ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of EAM and ERP modules, including asset management, financials, supply chain, and HR.
• Proven ability to document technical configurations, business processes, and workflows clearly and concisely.
• Experience in testing business processes such as procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, asset lifecycle management, and inventory management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical teams, business users, and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with testing tools like Selenium, QTP, or Worksoft Certify for automation.
• Familiarity with performance testing tools (e.g., LoadRunner, JMeter).
• Experience with security testing and compliance in an EAM/ERP environment.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies and their integration with enterprise systems.
• Ability to create process diagrams and flowcharts using tools like Visio or Draw.io.
