You'll play a key role in driving customer engagement and business growth through strategic omni-channel campaigns (E-Mail, WhatsApp, RCS) and marketing automation.

As a Junior E-Mail Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping our CRM strategies and campaigns for our consumer brands like noicompriamoauto.it, compramostucoche.es and their sister brands across Europe. You will work closely with various teams like Platform Conversion, Product, Design, or Marketing Frontend to create and implement compelling campaigns and automated touchpoints that resonate with our audience, drive engagement, and contribute to business objectives. 

Job Description

  • Develop new concepts and improve existing marketing touch points by A/B testing
  • Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and effective email templates that align with our brand guidelines
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates, and provide insights for optimization
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in email marketing to drive innovation and improvements
  • Coordinate all campaign related activities with relevant stakeholders

Qualifications

  • A degree in communication, marketing or comparable, but you are also welcome as an autodidact
  • Initial professional experience in email campaigns, content creation and/or (email) design would be desirable
  • Hands-on mentality, eagerness to learn and a structured approach
  • Excellent written communication skills with an eye for detail
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data and metrics
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills, fluent in spanish or italian would be a plus
