About the Role

Working alongside the E-Commerce Manager and team to support the successful execution of content management, merchandise strategies, promotions, campaigns and product enhancements.

You will maintain and optimise key systems whilst supporting analytics and reporting initiatives.

Based at our Head Office in the heart of the CBD, located at 388 George Street 2000, this is a full-time, hybrid role, working from home and in the office weekly.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Maintain website content across all digital touchpoints, including banners, Homepage, PLPs, GLPs, PDPs, Content Landing Pages and Mega Menuse
  • Support the E-Commerce Manager with content and merchandising plans that align with the Go-To-Market strategy, including brand campaigns, initiatives, promotions and events
  • Execute merchandising strategies in Fredhopper, focusing on conversion and product priorities, while continuously testing and refining approaches
  • Maintain and develop the ANZ websites and partnered E-Commerce Channels
  • Support the identification and resolution of operational website issues, collaborating with the E-Commerce Manager, IT team, and external development agency
  • Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Comestri PIM system, Magento, and Back-End Systems, providing BAU troubleshooting as needed
  • Conduct website reporting and analysis utilising tools such as GA4, QlikView/Qliksense and Contentsquare to provide actionable insights
  • Assist in optimisation through A/B testing to provide insights for UX, content, design and functionality enhancements

Skills, Experience & Personal Attributes

  • 4+ years proven experience in E-Commerce Operations, Product and Content
  • Experience with E-Commerce platforms, tools and technologies for website merchandising and management (Magento, SFCC and Comestri experience preferable)
  • Experience with Web Analytics tools (GA4, Adobe) and the ability to interpret data relating to digital content and optimisation
  • Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams including Global, Product, Marketing, IT, Creative, and External Agency Partners
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS, with the ability to implement basic updates
  • Experience within fashion E-Commerce or Retail is highly desirable
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing or a related field
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and an aptitude for thinking outside the box to improve processes
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills, both written and verbal
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and a collaborative team player
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Suite
