E-Commerce Specialist
Location: Karolkowa 30, 01-207 Warsaw
Flexible work hours, Home office – 13 days HO limit / month
About the role:
Electrolux is building new routes to market and with the increased focus of ecommerce the launch and expansion of our own Direct to Consumer Channel (D2C) has expanded rapidly.
We are looking for an E-commerce specialist who will report to D2C Manager Poland. This is a new position with the purpose to drive online sell-out throughout our Polish D2C shops. In 2025 we are accelerating our growth journey and also expanding into Marketplaces which will become an important and growing channel for this team to drive.
This position cooperates with local sales, marketing, consumer service, logistics and finance in their effort to provide a best-in-class consumer experience, optimize brand and product presence online, drive sales and profitability in the online channel.
Key objective is to simplify the purchase process for home appliances, present our product in a clear and understandable way, making selection of appliances easy and by doing so provide a friction free purchase journey.
You will support our D2C Manager with below activities:
- Execute E-Commerce strategic plan aligned with the overall company strategy, ensuring rigorous success.
- Support the expansion of online sales channels and execute online sales promotions effectively.
- Oversee merchandise marketing, merchandise management,
- Develop annual/quarterly/monthly promotion, marketing, and budget plans, achieving sales targets through strategic promotional activities to increase revenue.
- Analyze operations data, evaluate brand merchandise promotions, and devise improvement plans to meet sales targets.
- Collaborate with E-commerce Enabler, Marketing, Content, and Product Line teams to drive online promotion and sales activities.
- Collaborate closely with supply chain/logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Cooperate with central departments supporting the E-commerce area
- Ensure positive Consumer Experience
Requirements:
- Previous experience in e-commerce (min 3 years)
- Knowledge of SEM, Google Analytics, affiliate programs
- Very good level of English (min B2)
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
- Very strong planning, prioritizing and time management skills
- Strong communication skills
- Agility, proactiveness and business acumen
