What you will do

The Aftermarket E-commerce Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing and managing a company’s online sales and presence. The goals of this position will be to outline the necessary strategies, projects and actions required to ensure Clarios grows ecommerce sales.

How you will do it

  • Develop and Implement E-commerce Strategy: Create strategies to improve website performance, increase traffic, and boost sales.
  • Manage Online Sales Channels: Oversee websites, social media, and online marketplaces to ensure smooth operations.
  • Use data analytics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Create and manage budgets for advertising and promotions.
  • Ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers by managing website design, functionality, and customer service.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead.
  • Manage online orders and fulfillment: Ensure timely and accurate order processing, inventory management and shipping.
  • Oversee customer service and support: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues and manage returns effectively.
  • Develop and manage advertising campaigns: Utilize various channels to reach target audiences and monitor campaign performance to drive conversion rates and ensure maximum ROI.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships: Implement customer loyalty programs, personalized marketing campaigns, and excellent customer service to foster long-term relationships.

  • A degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a similar role.
  • Knowledge of SEO, PPC, email marketing, and web analytics tools.
  • Understanding of search engine optimization and search engine marketing to drive traffic.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics to track and analyze website performance.
  • Experience with platforms like Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce.
  • Knowledge of email marketing, PPC, and social media marketing.
  • Skills in creating engaging content for websites and social media.
  • Understanding of website design and user experience.
