The Opportunity

This position works out of our Alameda, CA office in the Lingo Division. Meet Lingo, a new biosensing technology that provides users a window into their body. Lingo tracks key biomarkers – such as glucose, ketones, and lactate – to help people make better decisions about their health and nutrition. Biowearable technology will digitize, decentralize, and democratize healthcare, enabling consumers to take control of their own health.

The E-commerce Manager will oversee our online sales and presence, managing the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce website. This role requires a blend of strategic planning and hands-on execution, ensuring our digital storefront delivers an exceptional customer experience and meets revenue goals.

What You’ll Work On

  • Support and implement e-commerce strategies to drive both short-term sales and long-term growth.
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of the e-commerce site, ensuring content is up-to-date, products are accurately listed, and site performance is optimized.
  • Regularly update online merchandising, promotions, and pricing to stay competitive.
  • Enhance the online customer journey, focusing on seamless navigation, secure transactions, and optimized device compatibility.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to execute effective digital marketing campaigns including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, conversion rates, sales, and abandonment rates.
  • Utilize analytics tools to generate reports and provide data-driven recommendations for improvements.
  • Work closely with the inventory and logistics teams to ensure stock availability and timely order fulfillment.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an E-commerce Manager or similar role creating and implementing marketing campaigns and strategies to drive the sales
  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms – architecture, infrastructure as well as tech stack (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, etc.).
  • Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Looker) and digital marketing.
  • Proficient in Content Management Systems and Digital Asset Management Systems

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • Understanding of larger macro trends happening in the ecommerce industry
  • Understanding of UX/UI principles, SEO, SEM, and e-commerce best practices.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

The base pay for this position is

$125,700.00 – $251,500.00

In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
