The Opportunity
This position works onsite out of our Plymouth, MN location in the Electrophysiology Division within Abbott.
What You’ll Work On
Responsible for serving as a key contributor to the overall Global Strategic Marketing team for Electrophysiology by focusing on Customer Engagement activities. The incumbent in this position will be regarded as a senior profile with broad knowledge of Electrophysiology and a solid network with Global KOLs.
The Senior Marketing Manager will design Customer Engagement programs, driving cross-functional collaboration and tactical alignment. This person will lead a strategic role on the Global Marketing EP team and work closely with multiple stakeholders: R&D, Medical Affairs, Clinical Affairs, ProfEd, and Strategic Marketing. The position requires excellent communication skills, leadership, and a proven ability to influence the organization.
Specific examples of responsibilities of the manager:
- Lead Strategic Advisory Meetings (in-person and virtual)
- Lead KOL and Customer events (e.g. during the International Congresses)
- Co-lead with Strategic Marketing the Innovation Suites during International Congresses and Abbott events
- Create a solid network of EP KOLs across the globe
- Support multiple stakeholders in the identification of appropriate KOLs based on program requirements and objectives
- Develop resources for KOL engagement activities, such as a database or similar platform for tracking KOL partnership
- Maintenance of resources for KOL engagement
- Analysis and Reporting of the Customer Engagement programs to the leadership

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5+ years’ experience in healthcare, life sciences, or technology-based products.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Electrophysiology.
- Field-based experience is preferred but not required
- Experience in Customer Engagement
- Excellent communication skills, leadership, and a proven ability to influence the organization.
- Ability to work in a highly matrixed and geographically diverse business environment.
- Ability to work within a team and as an individual contributor in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Strong Analytical and IT skills (excel, power BI, etc.)
- Ability to leverage and engage others to accomplish projects.
- Multitasks, prioritizes, and meets deadlines promptly.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills, as well as attention to detail.
- Ability to travel up to 20%, including internationally.

$111,300.00 – $222,700.00
