The Role

At SellerX, we are growing our Rhino USA team and are now looking for an E-Commerce Shopify Manager (x/f/m) to join us. In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end operations of Rhino USA’s Shopify store, driving its performance and aligning it with our company-wide goals. You’ll collaborate with marketing, creative, and product teams to implement impactful campaigns, launch new products, and optimize user experiences for measurable growth.

Your Responsibilities in Detail

  • Define and implement short-term and long-term e-commerce growth strategies.
  • Maintain and update the Shopify store to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and a user-friendly experience.
  • Analyze customer behavior, A/B testing results, and sales data to optimize the user experience.
  • Track key metrics (e.g., CVR, CPC, AOV, website traffic) to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align the website with promotional campaigns, email marketing, and paid ad strategies.
  • Manage the digital rollout of new products, from homepage updates to creating landing and collection pages.
  • Oversee product uploads, inventory management, and category organization on the site.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and perform routine site audits to improve usability, conversion rates, and site speed.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, maintaining design and content standards
  • Ensure international versions of the site are updated and synced to support global launches
  • Keep up with e-commerce trends and competitive insights to bring innovative solutions to the Rhino USA store.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and communicate findings to leadership teams.

Your Background

To join our team, you bring along 

  • 3+ years of experience managing Shopify-based e-commerce stores.
  • Experience with Shopify tools, themes, and apps to maintain and optimize functionality.
  • Strong understanding of website UX/UI best practices, site audits, and conversion optimization.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Shopify reporting tools, and e-commerce data analysis.
  • Ability to interpret KPIs and provide actionable insights for growth.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, campaigns, and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Experience working with marketing, product, and creative teams to align online strategies.
  • Proactive in identifying opportunities to improve customer experiences
  • Knowledge of the latest trends in e-commerce, tools, and consumer behavior.
