About the job

We are looking for a E-commerce Analyst to contribute to the digital acceleration process in Argentina, defining and supervising digital marketing campaigns, executing e-commerce strategies for local players and managing our brands' online workshops. Lead all E-Business actions in the local market, supporting the marketing and sales team to capitalize on local business growth opportunities in terms of online communication and sales.

This position is effective, based in Buenos Aires - AR and will support all Marketing actions in the local market, supporting the marketing, trade marketing and sales team.

The E-commerce Analyst will report directly to the Digital Marketing Manager and support her with marketing campaigns, online media, and strategic planning across all of our categories. 

Activities of this position

Improve the performance of TENA's online store considering the defined KPIs and constantly challenge the local agency to obtain better results.

  • receiving and processing orders
  • monitoring campaigns with agencies on Google Ads, Meta Ads, Programmatic and others
  • CRM – monitoring, creating and sending email marketing to the customer base
  • preparing reports in Google Analytics;
  • Monitoring customer service via the company's digital channels
  • Assist in managing the area's Budget
  • Ensure collaboration and communication with all interested parties.
  • Provide knowledge and guidance on E-commerce performance to third parties, actively share best practices and contribute to networks.
  • Build data analysis to improve performance (product x sales analysis and others)
  • Work together with the supply team to meet channel demand
  • Analyze and search for new media channels
  • improving website experiences With UX|UI team
  • Managing creatives ans briefing with agencies (Banners, ad networks, social media);
  • Take care of Marketing Automation strategy and implementation
  • Paid search marketing (Google AdWords, Programmatic Media);
  • Partnerships, including affiliates and co-marketing;
  • Knowledge about SEO and SEM strategies
  • Social media marketing, including Social CRM and Social Customer Care;
  • Monitor performance KPIS, such as: CAC, CPA, CTR, CTO, CLTV, ROAS, etc...
  • Work together with Mkt on social strategies to sell more.

Who we are looking for

  • Completed higher education in Communication, Marketing, Advertising and similar
  •  Office package, with skills in Excel and Power Point.
  • Advanced English
  • Portuguese desirable
  • Knowledge about Vtex will be a differential
