(Regular contract, full time) mainly based in our Monza site.

About the job
Group Finance Business Analyst will have the mission to manage and support the Finance module in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations system. He/she will contribute to define how the finance processes are implemented in D365, organizing the configuration and/or the customizations.
In this role he/she will join the internal ICT Department and will have a strict cooperation with the other members of the IT Application team, with the Business Process owners, with all levels of the finance organization and with external D365 consultants to coordinate functional changes of D365.
- Manage and maintain the finance module of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
- Contribute to define and improve the finance processes and translate them into the D365 system processes and configuration
- Collect new business/fiscal requirements are turn into detailed functional specifications and change requests to be sent to system integrator and D365 consultants, also contributing to validate the proposed solutions
- Ensure that financial processes are properly controlled and supported by the IT system
- Manage and take actions proactively to optimize the "administration-finance-control" module for all companies of the group, proposing changes to the processes, or proposing changes to the system or proposing the activation of existing functionalities
- Manage and rule the configuration of the IT system for the part of its competence, in line with the processes and the established organization
- Cooperate with other business process owners to prioritize initiatives
- Cooperate with IT team for a quick identification and resolution of problems, either independently or by coordinating the external suppliers in charge
- Analyze, coordinate, test and resolve/escalate 2nd level incidents concerning the “finance” area for all group companies
- Support D365 users to plan and execute functional tests and coordinate the deployment in production of new D365 updates and functionalities
- Manage properly budget, IT contracts and external partners for his area
Knowledge requirements & Professional Experience
- 3-4 years (or more) related experience in Dynamics D365 F&O finance analyst or similar roles, within structured companies or IT consultancy firms
- Cross-knowledge of D365 Functional modules, in particular Finance, Procurement, Project Management and Project Accounting, Supply Chain, Reporting & BI
- High School Diploma or Degree in technical or economics subjects
- Fluid communication skills in English, both spoken and written, to be used daily with external consultants and colleagues from other countries
