DUTCH-SPEAKING SEO STRATEGIST 

We are looking for a Dutch-speaking SEO Strategist to join our international SEO team, offering opportunities to work across holistic SEO touchpoints (technical, content strategy, on/off-page etc.), ASO and Analytics (reporting & CRO). This position is based in our Budapest, Hungary office, where we would want you to come and join us locally. Our team works across multiple domains across the globe – including many regions and markets, while servicing some of the world’s largest brands across FMCG and other categories. We are responsible for these brands’ organic growth, SEO & content strategies, and overall organic performance – connecting website performance to business objective(s).

As an SEO Strategist, your day-to-day tasks would include: 

Monitoring website’s performance from all SEO and organic performance aspects including; 

  • Keyword Research and Keyword Database Management 
  • Content Auditing, Competitor Analysis and Content Gap Analysis 
  • Content Strategy Creation and Execution 
  • Content Briefings (copy and design), Meta Data & Schema Markup Creation 
  • Technical Auditing, Health Checks & Amendments 
  • Performance Reporting and Data-based Decision Making 
  • Participating in Website Development and Migration Projects 
  • Client Calls, Client Relationship Management from SEO perspective 

What is expected from our ideal candidate? 

  • Native or close-to-native level in Dutch and fluent, business-savvy English is a must
  • 2+ years of experience in SEO and Analytics – experience both in technical and content SEO 
  • Proven track record of successfully implemented SEO strategies 
  • Proficiency in the main SEO tools and Google products such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, Search Console, Looker Studio (previously Data Studio) and Tag Manager, etc 
  • Data oriented mindset and strong analytical skills 
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, computer science or a related field 
  • Knowledge of Automation, AI, Python, Other Programming Languages or Advanced Data Capabilities are an advantage 
  • Agency background and/or history of presenting to external stakeholders/clients is an advantage 
  • You are a team player and strive in a large international and geographically dispersed team. 
  • Good time and project management skills - be able to handle multiple projects and tasks 
  • Proactive mindset and good problem solving skills – you are not afraid of new challenges and tasks, you have a strong can-do attitude
