1. Education & Professional Qualification
Bachelor or higher degree in Computer Science or Information Systems is preferred.
2. Knowledge/Experience
- Good communication, especially in English and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a flexible and changing environment, manages multiple activities and priorities, and work well under pressure
- 3~6 years project management experience, application development, deployment and sup[port in various functional areas
- Good business process understanding on FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) industry (preferred)
- Having demanding application experience is must
- Strong project management and global team cooperation skills
What will be your key responsibilities?

Deploy digital solutions and services and ensure the success of the platform deployed in collaboration with global, region and Markets.
- Manages the deployment of projects, securing benefits delivery through expert management of quality, costs and time.
- Captures business requirements and converts these into functional and technical specifications.
- Oversees the build and delivery of the business application through the Development team and ensures successful handover to Core Services
- Working across Business Partnership, Core Capabilities and Core Services teams, determines system functional requirements and completes design in line with overall project aims.
- Maintains a thorough understanding of the relevant business area to aid in the development of accurate and concise functional requirements.
- Applies technical and functional knowledge to design solutions which are in line with technical architecture, database design and performance requirements; and which are appropriate given the context within which they will be implemented.
- Analyses the business and systems impact of the solution and plans the detailed tasks required to achieve delivery of the fully tested solution.
- Coordinates internal and 3rd party resources during development, implementation and nurturing phases.
- During the build and implementation phases, carries out activities to configure software packages and/or coordinates the work of technical resources or vendors.
- Delivers solutions which are quality and functionally tested, with supporting project documentation which meet functional and technical requirements.
- Utilizes the Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tool for planning resources, project milestones, risks and financials.
- Lead overall technical architecture framework and roadmap assessment & design for digital demand projects.
- Ensure the designed framework meets data security compliance requirements by both Mars standard and local governance regulations.
