Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking a passionate DSO Partner Sales Manager who will be responsible for facilitating indirect DSO sales through our partners. The DSO Partner Sales Manager will build relationships with dental distributors and software partners, educate and train their enterprise sales teams, and ensure that our DSO revenue and growth goals are met.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats
  • Partner with enterprise distributors, resellers and software partners to establish and monitor revenue targets and required resources
  • Support sales team in meeting revenue targets for DSO sales through distributors, resellers and software partners
  • Attend and provide DSO sales support at events, including trade shows, regional DSO meetings and continuing education courses.
  • Execute team selling activities with enterprise sales people, supporting with product demos, answering questions, etc
  • Plan and execute successful DSO pilots, in tandem with distributor and partner enterprise sales teams
  • Collaborate with Pearl’s Enterprise Account Managers and other stakeholders to ensure successful pilots and scheduled expansions
  • Coach and motivate sales partners to ensure Pearl is top-of-mind
  • Proactively communicate with distributor and partner enterprise sales people, serving as the first line of defense for inquiries and issues
  • Direct relevant opportunities to distributor and partner enterprise sales teams

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • 5+ years experience in an Dental or Software Sales Account Management
  • 3+ years of those years in DSO/enterprise sales experience
  • 2+ years managing sales teams
  • Proficiency in software sales
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, startup environment
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Demonstrated sales acumen
  • Small business or prior start up experience preferred
  • Ability to travel for partner meetings, cotravel, trade shows and other business needs (25-40%)
