Join Our Team as a Documents Knowledge Base Content Specialist at Clipboard Health!

As a Documents Knowledge Base Content Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring that healthcare professionals have access to the information they need to succeed while helping to drive the seamless onboarding experience for new HCPs.

What You’ll Do:

  1. Content Creation & Management—Produce and maintain high-quality knowledge base articles, SOPs, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides. Ensure all documentation is well-structured, user-friendly, and written clearly to support easy comprehension.

  2. Content Optimization & Maintenance - Continuously review and optimize content for enhanced clarity, precision, and user experience. Organize and format information systematically to ensure intuitive navigation and quick access.

  3. Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing - Partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and cross-functional teams to collect, verify, and align content with current policies, processes, and system updates, ensuring all documentation remains accurate and relevant.

  4. Quality Assurance & Standardization - Maintain tone, style, and formatting uniformity across all documentation. Proactively identify and address knowledge gaps, ensuring all content is up-to-date and consistent with organizational standards.

  5. User Experience & Accessibility—Incorporate user feedback to Enhance the searchability and structure of the knowledge base. Monitor content engagement and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities and ensure that content is easily accessible and effective.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Information Management, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in content creation, knowledge management, or documentation.
  • Proficient in tools like Confluence, Zendesk, Google Docs,  Zapier, Jotform, and HelloSign or similar platforms.
  • Strong communication and writing skills, with the ability to break down complex topics into clear, user-friendly content.
  • Experienced in developing workflow diagrams and process documentation to simplify intricate procedures.
  • A proactive communicator who can collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.

Skills & Attributes:

  • Detail-Oriented: Ensures accuracy, consistency, and adherence to formatting standards.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable working with document management and knowledge base platforms.
  • Collaborative Mindset: Works well with different teams to ensure up-to-date and accurate documentation.
  • Time Management & Prioritization: Can handle multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.

System Requirements:

  • Minimum 15Mbps wired internet connection.
  • CPU: Minimum i5, 8th gen or higher, AMD Ryzen 5 2000 series or higher, Apple M1 or higher.
  • RAM: Minimum 12 GB (Recommended 16 GB).
  • Quiet working environment.
  • Steady power and internet connection.
  • Headset with noise cancellation feature.
