We are looking for a colleague to help us take care of project documentation management system through document life cycle. We value openness, partnership is our strength, and responsibility makes us a great team. If all this speaks to you, we would like to invite you to join us.
You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:
- Developing the document management plan and update it, as needed
- Implementing document management system with IT partner
- Ensuring that project documents go through a documented and approved review-and-approval process before being stored
- Ensuring that internal controls are in place and are functional
- Ensuring the security, accessibility and proper distribution of project documents
- Ensuring traceability of all project documentation/communication
- Planing and conducting meetings and presentations related to document management
- Assisting project managers in daily activities.
Qualifications
- Higher education
- Documentation management experience
- Project documentation management experience in construction projects (advantageous)
- Knowledge of MS SharePoint. Knowledge of other document management systems would be considered as an advantage
- Ablility to work independently and make independent decisions when called for
- Ability to work on fast paced complex projects
- Proficiency in Latvian and English (oral and written) as this role involves regular communication with international colleagues and partners.
