What You'll Bring:
- Lead the drafting and updating of complex process documents, technical documents, and process maps
- Oversee the validation of documents, ensuring high standards of accuracy and compliance
- Strategically design and enhance the knowledge management repository to support organizational goals
- Develop and oversee the implementation of long-term storage strategies in line with regulatory policies
- Lead the creation and management of comprehensive training programs for all employees
- Conduct and oversee quality reviews and audits, driving continuous improvement in document quality and integrity
- Lead the integration of advanced AI tools (e.g., Microsoft CoPilot, ChatGPT) to automate and enhance knowledge management processes
- Ensure all process documentation adheres to BPMN standards and best practices
- Extensive experience with tools like Confluence, Lucidchart, Process Street, and advanced AI-driven knowledge management tools
Impact You'll Make:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Library Science, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in knowledge management or a related field
- Must have strong attention to detail to review, edit, and format documents accurately, identifying errors, inconsistencies, and non-compliance issues, and ensuring document quality and integrity
- Should possess strong organizational skills to manage multiple documents, versions, and revisions effectively, ensuring that documentation processes are streamlined and efficient
- Must have strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, convey information clearly and accurately, and facilitate document reviews, approvals, and revisions
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify issues, analyze root causes, and recommend solutions to address documentation-related challenges, such as compliance gaps, process inefficiencies, and quality issues.
