offering a full range of respiratory equipment and accessories for the homecare patient to aid
in a better quality of living.
Summary:
The Respiratory Manager will ensure that new and current DME client relationships are nurtured while effectively, correctly, and efficiently receiving and processing incoming orders. They will oversee the respiratory department and all associated activities
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and spot check daily Service Associate activities, ensuring new clients are called and orders are processed correctly and timely and setup proper training when necessary.
- Support Service Associates with questions, answers, and corrections, as needed.
- Maintain work schedule of Service Associates to properly direct & field all incoming client & referral calls & orders.
- Oversee the monitoring of CPAP/BiPAP patient compliance.
- First-line resolution of customer and referral complaints and special requests.
- Independently conduct and/or assist Director with Service Associate annual reviews.
- Monitor assigned phone queues to ensure proper coverage.
- Monitor the Hold and Open Order reports on a regular basis.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years Management experience in a fast-paced office setting, preferable within the DME (Durable Medical Equipment) industry or medical setting
- A professional, positive demeanor with excellent customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow up
- Must be able to lift and maneuver equipment of any weight up to 25 lbs
- Must be able to demonstrate basic MS Word, Outlook, and Excel skills (Pivot Tables)
- Bachelor’s degree in business, medical field, or related industry preferred
- Knowledge with Brightree software is a plus
- Bilingual candidates are a plus
