Example Job Duties:

  • Conduct lead generation activities via call campaigns to uncover new business opportunities for technology companies.
  • Execute sales activities in alignment with key performance indicators and metrics.
  • Prospect, call, set up, and confirm meetings between technology companies and government customers.
  • Document all calls, sales activities, customer and/or technology company interactions in our company customer relationship management system.
  • Establish and maintain ongoing business relationships with technology company reps, channel partner reps, and government customers.
  • Achieve all measurable daily performance standards (calls, orders, sell time, quota).
  • Provide pricing and product availability to customers as required.
  • Position products and service programs suited to customer’s business needs.
  • Attend all scheduled TD SYNNEX training initiatives, reseller/Industry events, TD SYNNEX events.

Requirements

We’re looking for candidates who are:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Capable of executing instructions and requesting clarification when needed.
  • Possess strong data entry and analysis skills
  • Demonstrative of complex problem solving, critical thinking, and decision-making.
  • Attentive to important details with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Clear communicators who can convey necessary information.
  • Understanding, communicative, and collaborative with people across various identities.
  • Organized with strong time management skills.

Actual annual compensation offered will be based on several variables including geographic location, work experience, education and skills/ achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.

The Discovery Representative Program average starting rate is approximately $23.00 per hour.
