What You’ll Do on a Typical Day:

• Disburse global payments on a daily/weekly basis in  Trax and Bank portals/P2P ( Procure to Pay) exp is must.

• Action Bulk payment uploads  in payment / bank portals

• Process Corporate card payments

• Manage cashflow by “holding” payments

• Monitor / Research payment rejections, taking corrective action as applicable

• Process FX payments

• Collate data and provide MIS on team productivity and transactional volumes

• Perform Disbursements data analysis and provide reports to various stakeholders

What We’re Looking For:

• Perform accounting activities in NetSuite

• Provide Audit Support

• Manage queries from vendors and internal customers within SLA timelines

• Establish and maintain clear lines of communication with internal / external customers at all levels.

• Identify and implement process improvements and efficiency enhancements

• Assist with project related tasks
