Overview
The Internet/Network Operations area is responsible for overseeing the firm's internet access, e-commerce, data, and communications network systems. Includes the strategy, planning, development, and implementation of hardware and software systems to support online activities and data management.
Responsibilities
1. Manage and outline strategies for continuous improvement in service performance, customer support and logistics, as well as measuring and controlling current processes.
2. Manage inventory costs and expenses with cellular operators, in order to achieve better financial performance.
3. Monitor, together with the commercial area, sales planning, to adapt stock to meet demand with minimal surplus.
4. Define the specific policies and objectives of each area, coordinating the execution of the respective action plans, facilitating and integrating the work of the teams, aiming to optimize efforts to achieve the company's objectives.
5. Maintain contacts with the management of client companies to identify opportunities to expand or improve the products/services provided or resolve any contractual or operational problems, aiming to maintain customer satisfaction and project a positive image of the company in the market.
6. Assist other areas of the company in analyzing their performance indicators, through dashboards, developed on the BI platform.
7. Manage the budget of the Operations department.
8. Develop and document new operational processes for products and services to be offered by the company to the market, involving the distribution and activation chain, pre-sales support to sales, customer support at level 1 and 2.
9. Interact with the Engineering area to develop new features on platforms and management systems, as well as develop procedures for the management and operation of the appropriate platforms by the support team 24 x 7 x 365.
Qualifications
Experience: 15 years or more of relevant experience in the Operations.
