Your mission?
As the Director of Technology Partnerships, you will be responsible for identifying, establishing, and nurturing relationships with key technology partners. You'll work closely with the leadership team, product, sales, and marketing to develop partnership strategies that align with our business goals. Your focus will be on creating synergies with complementary technologies and platforms to drive customer acquisition, product innovation, and revenue growth.

- Partnership Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive technology partnership strategy that aligns with Pricefx's overall growth objectives, focusing on identifying key opportunities to expand our ecosystem, increase product integration, and enhance value for our customers.
- Partner Identification & Engagement: Identify, prospect, and evaluate potential technology partners, ranging from platform and solution providers to API integrations, to create mutually beneficial partnerships. Cultivating strong relationships with senior stakeholders at prospective partner organizations.
- Partner Onboarding & Enablement: Lead the partner onboarding process, including technical enablement, joint go-to-market strategies, and sales training. Ensure partners are equipped with the right tools, resources, and support to succeed in delivering value to our customers.
- Joint Marketing & Co-Sell Initiatives: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop co-branded campaigns, sales enablement materials, and joint promotional activities that drive awareness and customer engagement. Support co-selling efforts by developing joint sales motions and revenue targets and coordinating with sales teams on target accounts. Maintain responsibility for qualified pipeline development across all eligible SI partners.
- Partner Success & Sales Performance: Drive partner success by establishing clear revenue goals and sales targets for each partner. Monitor and report on partner sales performance, ensuring accountability for achieving mutually agreed-upon sales targets. Work closely with partners to address challenges, provide guidance, and support them in meeting revenue objectives. Develop incentive programs and initiatives to further drive sales growth through partnerships.
- Product & Technical Alignment: Work closely with the product and engineering teams to identify integration opportunities, create product roadmaps aligned with partner needs, and ensure smooth technical collaboration between partner systems and our platform.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Define KPIs to measure the success of technology partnerships. Regularly assess the performance of existing partnerships and provide updates to the executive team on progress toward strategic goals, revenue generation, and partnership ROI.
- Market Intelligence: Keep a pulse on the competitive landscape, emerging technologies, and industry trends to inform partnership strategies. Stay ahead of industry shifts to ensure our offerings remain innovative and aligned with customer needs.
What should you have to succeed?
- Minimum 7 years of experience in partnership development, business development, or alliances within the technology or SaaS industry
- Prior experience with strategic partnerships or technology integrations is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, APIs, integrations, cloud technologies, and enterprise software
- Ability to engage in technical discussions and understand the key technical requirements of potential partners
- Proven track record of establishing and nurturing long-term, strategic relationships with senior leaders at technology companies, as well as collaborating cross-functionally with product, engineering, and sales teams
- Ability to think strategically about technology partnerships and their potential impact on product development and go-to-market efforts
- Strong data-driven decision-making skills with the ability to analyze partnership performance and adjust tactics as necessary
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and lead efforts with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, startup environment
