Director, Technology Operations (Remote)
We are seeking an experienced leader in Title and Escrow technology operations with a focus on Resware expertise, a sharp product acumen, and facility with presenting complex title/escrow topics in a lucid manner to lender customers as well as insurance company and technology executives. An obsession with quantifying metrics and presenting them in a clarifying manner in live business intelligence dashboards (potentially augmented by coding skills) would be a big plus. You will be extremely familiar with aligning various teams competing efforts with the business’s priorities, while also explaining lucidly what potential trade-offs exist to various pathways. Our ideal candidate will be able to quickly approximate time and level of effort for various proposals when requested. Our experienced leader will be a strong communicator, who efficiently and expertly can over-come obstacles raised by various stakeholders, both inside and outside the company. We are looking for someone who is obsessed with efficiency, while also being certain compliance, rules and regulations are followed very closely.
Required Qualifications:

  • Two years’ experience training title and escrow industry professionals
  • 3 years administering Resware 
  • Managed delivery of at least 1 form of title/escrow automation (TitleIQ, RPA, etc.)
  • 1 year experience using and helping configure business intelligence dashboards
  • Two years’ experience working within a title and escrow operation
  • Basic understanding of SQL database concepts and their relation to data in Resware as well title and escrow operational process points.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5 years administering Resware
  • 3 years experiencing using and helping configure business intelligence dashboards
  • Two years writing SQL queries
  • 2 years business analysis experience (Excel financial models, etc)
  • Ability to clarify complex title/escrow solutions for mortgage lender audience
  • Understanding of statistics / data science concepts
  • Experience working with product managers and interfacing between Resware and other tech product functionality

Shown below is the lowest to highest base salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future.  An employee’s pay position within the base salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.  At Doma, compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.

This job is also eligible for the following compensation components: Bonus & Equity

The base salary range for this role is shown below:

$142,400$267,300 USD
