Four Seasons Hotel New York is seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Director of Technology Innovation and Data who embodies a passion for excellence and an unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional service standards. This role is ideal for a visionary leader who thrives in a fast-paced, luxury hospitality environment and is eager to leverage cutting-edge technology and data-driven strategies to elevate guest experiences. We are looking for a candidate who combines technical expertise with a strong focus on innovation and collaboration, ensuring that our property remains at the forefront of industry advancements.

About the role

  • Ensure the continuous availability of critical systems, including Front Office Property Management System, Call Accounting, HSIA, PABX, and Food & Beverage Point of Sales.
  • Develop and maintain user procedures and provide hardware familiarization for all systems.
  • Implement and uphold system security procedures in alignment with corporate policy and control requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of system files, software, hardware issues, and service requirements.
  • Oversee network support and security, including:
    • Active Directory maintenance
    • Server infrastructure maintenance
    • Network infrastructure maintenance (wired and wireless)
    • Network protection and failover tools (firewall, web security, multi-homing devices, etc.)
  • Promote and adhere to Four Seasons core technology standards as outlined in the Technology Innovation and Data Core Standards database.
  • Lead and coordinate new system acquisitions, corporate-initiated projects, and technology implementations as needed.
  • Assist the Director of Finance in managing Technology Innovation and Data-related maintenance and service contracts, including scope development, negotiations, and the bidding process.

What you bring

  • Four - five years of experience in hotel Information Technology
  • College Education or equivalent highly preferred

Schedule & Hours

This role is a full-time, on-site role and will need flexibility to work weekends, nights and holidays.

Compensation

130,000 - 135,000 Annual Salary
