Ferring+You
Across the Global Technical Operations (TechOps) function which includes the Global Manufacturing Network, Global Engineering, Supply Network Operations, Quality and the Manufacturing Technology & Science, you will be part of the Supply Excellence Office and work closely with the TechOps Senior Director Strategy and TechOps Leadership Team to:

Run assessments and projects to define the Technical Operations long-term strategy

Lead programs to optimize the manufacturing network and the E2E supply chain to ultimately reduce cost, lead-times and increase efficiency, while adapting the strategy and long-term capability roadmap

Build rigorous, fact based, quantitative analysis to support business and functional leaders in translating strategies into actionable and quantitative plans
Work output will be featured at the highest levels of the company, with a real opportunity to influence business direction and decisions. While preparing strategic decisions the overall TechOps objectives, the Corporate and Franchise Strategies need to be considered.
Your day at Ferring
You will contribute to the design and execution of the program strategy ensuring alignment with corporate objectives. The role reports into Supply Excellence Office:

Support assessments and business cases shaping the TechOps long-term strategy

Accountable for driving the strategy realization, set-up appropriate KPI’s (deliverables, budget, timeline, compliance, savings, etc.) resources and the organization between projects leads.

Define and manage the Program Charter, clarify program scope, timelines, strategies

Build and update program schedule, optimise tracks to build contingencies - Prepare back-up plans

Get alignment between Global Process Owners for the future state of manufacturing network and operational flows

Ensure effective communication flow and alignment with internal & external stakeholders including franchise and business implications and risks

Be the link among the different projects and functional leaders. Leverage on best practices and alignment on the ways of working between all streams / projects

Prioritise and drive transfers as per business needs and project timelines - Arbitration: resolve conflicts when needed on Resources, Equipment, Bulk, Budget, etc.

Effectively manage communication at and endorsement from the executive level in the Company
Behind our innovation…There’s you

Master’s degree in engineering or business administration, finance or equivalent
-
10-15 years experiences in the industry, in engineering, production or project management positions, with demonstrated experience of leading global programs/projects and top management communication
-
Pharma knowledge and proven ability to effectively lead cross-functional teams with respect to strategic initiatives with ability to influence where direct reporting line relationships do not exist

Strategic thinking, Organizational, Leadership. Results-oriented performance.

Outstanding interpersonal skills combined with strong communication, financial and analytical skills

Ability to work effectively cross culturally and cross functionally
-
English fluent, excellent communication skills
