Duties: Prepare, analyze and review quarterly, annual and other SEC filings. Partner with internal and external groups to manage the SEC reporting process and meet periodic reporting deadlines. Continually drive efficiency and accuracy improvements to the process. Proactively monitor new accounting guidance and emerging issues at the Company, perform research and prepare technical memos, and drive any change management required to comply with accounting guidance. Coordinate year-end audit and quarterly reviews with external audit firm. Partner with internal groups to implement an effective control environment to be in compliance with SOX 404 and preparation of initial public offering documents.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree or a foreign equivalent in Accounting or Commerce, and a current CPA license (in good standing), and 5 years of experience as an Accountant.

Five years of experience in each of the following: advising on US GAAP and SOX 404 compliance requirements; and financial reporting and technical accounting.

Three years of experience in public accounting at a global accounting firm.

Two years of experience in each of the following: within a global company operating in AMER, EMEA and APAC with revenues over $50+M; responsibility for reviewing IT general controls and compliance documentation for implementation of new systems and global processes relating to user requirement specifications, functional and technical specifications to ensure meets SOX standards; reviewing and reporting key performance indicators, debt covenant requirements, and required SEC disclosures including Adjusted net income and Adjusted EBITDA metrics; reporting and valuation work on stock-based compensation (for awards with service and performance related vesting terms), pensions, and business combinations, including the review of key assumptions and ensuring compliance with audit teams; managing external audits; and continuous review and update of Global accounting policies and control documentation. 

Also requires demonstrated experience in the following: experience with NetSuite or SAP ERP systems; implementation of a reporting/disclosure tool: Workiva or Active Disclosure; preparation and management of initial public offering filing forms, including S-1, 8-K, 10-K and 10-Q reporting; experience leading and maintaining Global implementation projects for key accounting standards including ASC 606 and ASC 842 and on-going contract review for ASC 606 for 1 year; software implementation of accounting ERP systems and consolidation tools requiring cross-functional requirements and deliverables with tax, corporate accounting, shared service centers, FP&A, and business operations; management of SOX implementation and adoption of internal controls from private company requirements to public company requirements, including oversight of SOX Section 302, 906 and 404(a) Compliance and oversight of internal control processes within a global company including assessment of internal control framework.
