Job Summary: 

Ruggable is seeking a strategic and innovative Director of Talent Acquisition to lead our global Talent Acquisition (TA) efforts across diverse geographies (Americas, EMEA, and APAC) and functions. This role is critical to our company's global expansion, driving the TA strategy, developing operational plans, and implementing innovative solutions to enhance the effectiveness, efficiency, and quality of hires.

What You’ll Do: 

  • Global TA Strategy: Use a structured approach to drive the global TA strategy across diverse geographies and functions. Develop an operational/tactical plan to execute on the strategy, enabling innovative solutions to improve team effectiveness and hire quality
  • Collaboration with Leadership: Work closely with senior leadership to develop TA goals and plans that support company growth objectives. Provide subject matter expertise and guidance on TA operations projects and systems
  • Executive & Technology Recruiting: Work with senior leadership to assist in the hiring of executive leadership and tech hiring as needed
  • Forecasting & Planning: Partner with People, Operations, and Finance team to accurately forecast hiring needs, align with business growth projections and strategic objectives
  • Performance Metrics: Create and implement metrics for performance, utilization, and satisfaction. Regularly review these metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and driving strategies to achieve these improvements  
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry talent trends and market dynamics. Offer strategic insights and market intelligence to senior leadership
  • Agency Management: Oversee external agency relationships, working with Legal on contract negotiations and management as necessary
  • Reporting & Presentations: Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior leadership, providing insights and actionable recommendations for improvement

What You’ll Need to Have:

Required:

  • Global Hiring: Proven experience in hiring global talent and working with global stakeholders
  • TA Expertise: Deep understanding of recruitment best practices, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection processes. In addition to proven success in Executive level hiring
  • Recruitment Technology: Expertise in recruitment technology with experience in evaluating, selecting, and implementing integrated solutions across a global enterprise
  • Quantitative Analysis: Experience using quantitative approaches to generate insights and translating these insights into operational actions that yield impactful results
  • Strategic & Tactical Balance: Ability to seamlessly transition between strategic planning and tactical execution, simplifying complex issues and operationalizing consistent execution
  • Team Building: Demonstrated experience in building and managing high-performing teams, including setting goals, providing feedback, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development
  • Stakeholder Relationships: Experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with senior executives, hiring managers, and external partners
  • Global Perspective: Ability to operate in the present while planning and acting with a long-term, sustainable, and scalable focus. Experience working in an international company, managing a multi-country scope, and interacting across various cultures
  • Recruitment Best Practices: Deep understanding of recruitment best practices, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection processes

Compensation:

  • $170,000 - $190,000 year base salary
  • An annual bonus percentage that varies based on level of role
  • Employer matching (up to 3% of base salary) for company sponsored 401K plan
