Director, Supply Chain Data Management

The Role: IT Director – Supply Chain Data Management  

The Entegris IT Digital Supply Chain team is seeking a results-driven Senior Strategic IT Leader with extensive expertise in Master Data Management (MDM), ERP modernization, and digital transformation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading enterprise-wide MDM implementations, achieving high data accuracy, and enabling AI-driven insights for real-time decision-making. 

What You’ll Do: 

• Define a clear vision for implementing and driving the MDM IT ecosystem, establishing strategic plans and objectives that align with the company’s strategic goals 

• Lead the design and execution of the global MDM framework, establishing governance policies, data domains, and quality standards to ensure compliance and data integrity. 

• Manage strategic investments and digital roadmap execution, overseeing multiple releases to accelerate deployment across multiple product lines. 

• Spearhead enterprise-wide MDM tool adoption and system integration, increasing user adoption and enabling data accessibility and innovation. 

• Collaborate closely with all key stakeholders such as manufacturing engineers, quality engineers, R&D scientists and data engineers to ensure seamless integration of MDM with source/destination systems. 

• Deploy AI/ML-driven automation to streamline workflows, reducing manual efforts   while achieving data accuracy and reducing data creation time 

• Travel to critical sites to partner with business experts to understand business needs and ensure high quality data results – Approx 25-30% as needed 

• Foster strong partnerships with Entegris team members, IT counterparts, suppliers, and industry leaders to become a trusted provider of data management 

• Incorporate the Entegris PACE core values in everything you do 

• Mentor, coach, and lead a diverse team of empowered, knowledgeable and collaborative data experts 

• Present to and influence as needed at all levels of the organization, including executives; understanding and connecting dynamically with any audience and convey complex concepts clearly and concisely to stakeholders.  

What We Seek: 

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 

• Experience: 10+ years of experience in designing and executing MDM frameworks. Multi-Domain MDM (Product, Customer, Supplier) On-prem/Cloud Implementations 

• Technical Skills: 

• Strong knowledge of supply chain data modeling, data governance policies and regulatory compliance standards 

• Expertise in AI/ML-driven automation to streamline workflows, reduce manual efforts, and achieve data accuracy 

• Expertise in MDM tools such as Informatica 

• Data Integration, Security & System Interoperability 

• Other Skills: 

• Excellent project management and leadership skills 

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities. 

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams. 

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 

Outstanding Candidates Will Have: 

• Experience with AI/ML in the MDM space to improve data integrity and speed of data entry. 

• Certifications – Project Management Professional (PMP), Six Sigma Black Belt, Informatica MDM 360
