JOB DESCRIPTION
The Director, Strategy and Content Marketing will lead the team responsible for creating strategic, cross-platform content from the ground up, with a strong emphasis on marketing-driven initiatives to strengthen and activate new audiences. This role requires a creative visionary who will oversee earned media for all FOX News Media brands, focusing on key activations and brand campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new ideas to drive brand awareness and engagement, crafting and executing a visionary content marketing strategy that enhances the overall FOX News Media brand.

Strategic Marketing Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive content marketing strategy that aligns with the company's overall marketing objectives and business goals, with a focus on innovative and custom content creation to support campaigns and promotional opportunities.

Integrated Campaigns: Lead the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that leverage content to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and audience activation.

Team Leadership: Guide and mentor a team of content marketers, strategists, and creatives, fostering a culture of innovation, excellence, and visionary thinking.

Brand Positioning: Ensure all content initiatives effectively communicate the brand's value proposition and differentiate FOX News Media in the marketplace.

Data-Driven Insights: Utilize analytics and performance metrics to inform content strategies, optimize campaigns, and demonstrate ROI to stakeholders.

Cross-Channel Optimization: Ensure content is effectively distributed and optimized across all platforms, including but not limited to Fox Business, Fox Audio, and Podcasts.

Collaboration: Partner with teams including but not limited to product, sales, editorial, and customer success teams to ensure content supports business goals.

Budget Oversight: Manage the content marketing budget, ensuring strategic allocation of resources to maximize impact and efficiency.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

8-10+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on content marketing and strategy, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Demonstrated success in developing and executing content marketing strategies that drive measurable business results.

Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and leading high-performing marketing teams.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.

Proficiency in digital marketing channels, SEO, content management systems, and analytics tools.

Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand building.

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $143,000.00-145,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
