About the Job Opportunity
The Director, Strategic Partnerships plays a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth strategy by leading, managing, and expanding a portfolio of high-impact partnerships. This position is key to accelerating revenue growth, increasing market share, and enhancing customer retention through strategic collaborations. As a critical growth leader, the Director will develop and execute partnership strategies that align with the company’s long-term business objectives. The role involves building and nurturing strong relationships at the executive level, overseeing the end-to-end management of partnership programs, and ensuring seamless operational integration across the organization. By collaborating with cross-functional teams, this leader will ensure that partnerships fuel the company's overall strategic growth initiatives and deliver measurable business outcomes.
What You’ll Do
Strategic Partnership Management & Growth:
- Own and manage a portfolio of strategic partnerships, ensuring full program effectiveness and alignment with business goals.
- Develop and implement partnership strategies to drive assigned business growth quota and mutual value, align key objectives, and drive adoption.
- Foster strong, long-lasting relationships with key partners, serving as the primary point of contact for driving executive and leadership-level engagement.
- Utilize PartsSource’s sales methodology and growth plays, for implementing and executing defined sales strategies and growth initiatives to drive customer retention, revenue generation, and market share expansion.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure alignment of partnership goals with company-wide objectives and drive mutual value for both parties.
Relationship Building & Executive Engagement:
- Work closely with executive stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives, ensuring partnerships are aligned with long-term strategies.
- Facilitate executive-level meetings, discussions, and presentations to communicate partnership progress, opportunities, and potential expansion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships across executive teams and stakeholders, acting as the liaison between the company and partners.
- Educate internal stakeholders and teams on partnership positioning, goals, and objectives to foster cross-functional collaboration and engagement.
Program Management & Execution:
- Lead and manage partnership programs from initiation to execution and delivery, ensuring all elements are successfully integrated into business operations.
- Oversee the development and implementation of program plans, timelines, budgets, and key deliverables.
- Monitor program performance, ensuring all milestones are met on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic goals.
- Identify potential risks early and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions or delays.
- Proactively address challenges, resolve issues, and maintain momentum to ensure the success of each partnership program.
Performance Measurement & Continuous Improvement:
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure partnership success, ensuring that all strategic goals are met.
- Continuously assess and improve partnership processes, methodologies, and operational efficiencies to maximize the effectiveness of collaboration.
- Stay current with industry trends, regulatory and compliance requirements, and technology innovation, leveraging new insights to enhance program outcomes.
- Utilize data-driven insights to refine strategies, optimize program execution, and adjust partnership models as needed to improve performance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Customer Success:
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration across internal teams, including product, customer success, finance, sales, and operations, to ensure the seamless integration of partnerships into the company’s overall business.
- Act as the point of escalation for customer experience, operational oversight, and resolution of key issues impacting customer satisfaction.
- Champion a solution-oriented approach to the partnership ensuring a best-in-class customer experience.
- Partner with customer care, product teams and customer success to create feedback loops that address customer needs, improve service offerings, and identify new growth opportunities.
Your Background
- 10+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or client facing roles within the Healthcare Industry
- Proven track record of managing large, complex partnership portfolios and driving business growth.
- Strong relationship builder and influencer from cross-functional team members through executive stakeholders
- Experience with contract management, partnership KPIs, and performance optimization.
- Ability to identify and mitigate risks and resolve issues proactively.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Healthcare Administration, Engineering or a related field. Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
